Hatha pose/Tree poseHatha yoga is considered one of the most gentle forms of yoga. This type of practice focuses on physical postures (known as asanas), breathe exercises (known as pranayama), and meditation.

I highly recommend this form of yoga to beginners, and anyone who may have some physical limitations. In my hatha classes, I am able to adjust the poses to meet the needs of my student's current situation. The pace in a hatha class is gradual and mindful.
