Kundalini pose/Eagle pose
Kundalini yoga mainly consists of breathing exercises (pranayama) done mostlly in a seated position. Each pose is done for at least 1 to 3 minutes.  This form of yoga can be quite rigorous. However, I am able to make adjustments to the poses to help those new to the practice, or those with certain limitations. When we practice Kundalini we are simultaneously working on our chakras.
